Casperia is a very small hill town northeast of Rome, and I spent the first few days of my trip in this restful town. I spent an entire day on the streetscape, and a few hours on the Forani crest and bear statue that stands guard over Palazzo Forani.
I had a wonderful conversation with Roberto, the owner of the B&B, about sketching, and he showed me his pen and ink drawings of the town. So fantastic to meet others who love to draw and share!
Ciao!
Thanks for sharing! Glad you are enjoying it!
looks beautiful!
Lovely! As an intimidated novice wanna-be watercolorist and urban sketcher, I am truly enjoying your illustrations. I don’t know if I’ll ever ‘get off the dime’ myself and I’m perfectly content to see the beauty you and other artist share with me !!
Italy… can’t wait! I love your Eiffel Tower and its point of view…
PS I have shared your blog with my friends who are going to Val di Pozza this summer. You are inspiration!
