“Vintage Vespa”

Italy has inspired many great artists, thinkers, writers, poets, composers…and last month, Italy worked its magic on my travelling and painting buddy, Deb Milimaka-Miles.

I love her painting above of the iconic yellow Vespa with its electric-blue background – it vibrates with energy! And a few days later, Deb actually got to ride around Rome a la Audrey Hepburn on one of these vintage beauties! This painting was meant to be.
